Privacy Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026. This page is written for the current Atlas beta and should be treated as product terms, not legal advice.

What Atlas collects

Atlas stores the information you provide, including account email, uploaded source files, pasted rows, saved prop records, notes, shared research pages, usage events, and technical request metadata needed to operate the product.

How Atlas uses data

Atlas uses this data to provide private research memory, source retrieval, saved prop workflows, shared research pages, billing and usage limits, abuse prevention, and product analytics.

Shared research pages

If you publish a shared research page, its saved text, source references, rule references, and disclosure can be viewed by anyone with the public link. Private notes are not intentionally included in public demo pages.

Third-party processors

Atlas may use infrastructure, storage, model, email, and payment providers to run the service. These providers process data only as needed for hosting, authentication, model output, email delivery, payments, and security.

Your choices

Do not upload information you are not allowed to store. You can request deletion or export of account data by contacting the Atlas operator.
